Safe bitrate for 4k60 HDD recordings

Hi all!

I have a large HDD with a sequential write speed just shy of 240 Mbps and was wondering what a safe bitrate would be to not wreck the lifespan of the drive completely? I record in 4k60, and I have tested with a VBR between 200-220 to still work, but my target is somewhere between 180-200 Mbps. Am I safe with that target range?

Use CQP or CRF as your rate control, not CBR or VBR.
Set the CQP or CRF level to between 14 and 22.
