[S] Scroll text direction option

Currently
Scroll text only from right to left.

Suggestion
Do an option to choose from what side text will scroll:
1. Right to left (default).
2. Left to right.
3. Up to down.
4. Down to up.

You can make text scroll backwards and forwards by setting the scroll speed to positive or negative.

And you can make the scroll text vertical by checking the "Vertical" box in the Text source.

Ahh I didn't know about that feature, thanks :)
But what about to scroll text up and down and vice versa (in horizontal)?

Btw. dev should add it to "Contents - OBS Help file" and foremost update it.

There is only this information:

Scroll Speed
Activate a scrolling text, by changing the speed from 0 to your liking.
