[S] Overlay text information about which scene is activated

It will be really helpful for me when I'm in-game and want to know which scene is activated.

Extra options:
1. Hide after some seconds.
2. Always on top (even on desktop).

This does not feel like something that should be part of the core OBS features, maybe rather a plugin or something.
