Question / Help Ryzen7 1800x not performing as expected?

Hi folks,
so I got my new PC (R7 1800x) and went into streaming again. That mainly is League of Legends.
When I play off stream I get around 100-140fps. As soon as I start streaming 720p/60fps I drop to 50-60 frames per second.
I don't feel like this huge of a drop is justified with a CPU like this. Is there any trick on keeping my frames up?
Any kind of help is appreciated. Also with the encoding/bitrates/resolution, anything that keeps my fps higher while streaming a reasonable Quality!

Thank you :)

Log File?
Not sure, if the additional GPU load from OBS is hitting your fps this hard, or if your encoding settings are too intense (or you use Browser-Sources/Webcam Settings, that cause high CPU load).
With 720p/60fps x264 very fast preset, you should be able to maintain a higher framerate.

Also when did you get your new PC? If it was like couple days ago then turn it back in and get yourself a Ryzen z 2700x for the same money the 1800x rests on the retailer shelfs. Benefit better RAM Latency, Clockspeed in general a decent performance increase.

Also make sure you have Xbox Game DVR disabled

None of those logfiles in the last post show any recording attempts. Please run a few minutes of recording in-game, stop the recording, and post an updated log.

Here we go, a variety of different settings, none of them giving me good fps ^^
Maybe I have to disable the other games as scenes?

Edit: Okay maybe some cleanup: I have a video playing as my background IDLE and I thought it gets disabled, which apparently is not the case.
Also, this got hardware encoded so that may explain why I get 60fps on every stream setting I take. I set I back to software encoding
and will take a try in a few hours when I am home. I am still glad for every hint what I could change for better fps!
