Question / Help RYZEN 7 1800x and gtx 1060 3gb obs encoder over load with x264

I’ve recently gotten my ryzen 7 1800x paired up with my gtx 1060 3gb and have been having encoding overload with x264 preset on the very fast setting in obs recording tab. My bitrate is 5000 and I’m recording at 1080p60. I have my cpu OC to 3.9 GHz while my gpu is NOT OC. Anybody know why this is happening? Thank you.
 
Post an OBS log of a recording or streaming session.

I own am overclocked Ryzen 7 1700 and that should not be happening.
