Ryzen 5 3400ge best OBS settings for streaming and recording at the same time?

I'm gonna use OBS for virtual camera, streaming, and recording. Virtual camera as a presentation in a Zoom meeting, stream my presentation in a Zoom meeting in youtube, and also record, all at the same time. Having a 720p quality will be good enough for me, what's the best setting for recording and streaming with this CPU?

My specs:
Ryzen 5 3400ge
Vega 11
8GB RAM

Is it possible with this specs?

At 480p may be possible.
The best way to know is running the OBS Auto-configuration Wizard (tools menu) and apply the settings it gives. That's the max quality you can get with your hardware but isn't guaranty due to other factors like how much other apps consume resources.
