Hi, guys. I need help

Yesterday I update my stream PC, and have a problems.
My spec:

Software which I use during stream:
Windows 10 LTSB
OBS 20.0.1
Firefox
Streamix (for alerts)
VoiceMeeter Banana

Stream PC:
- Ryzen 1800x (boost to 3.8 hz)
- Gigabyte GTX 660
- Asus X370-pro
- DDR4 16gb 2400hz CL-17;
- Be Queit! Dark Rock 4;
- Corsair CX650M;
- Capture Card: Elgato HD 60 PRO (put in PCIe-x16 slot)
- Cam: Razer Stagezer (use in 720p/60fps)

And about my stream settings in attached

My problems: CPU load on 50-60% and sometime I get CPU overload
and FPS drops in game. I know Ryzen can use a 720p/60fps "Slow" w/o problems, but I can't.. Ur can help me?

I tried 900p/60fps and can use only "Faster" preset.

It can be problem with CPU? Or wtf is it?

Why aren't you using the latest OBS version?

Post two OBS log files from 5 minute or longer attempts, one using Faster preset, the other using Fast preset, everything else the same. Make sure its of high action gameplay, not just standing around.

Fast and Faster works fine, w/ 10-30% loading CPU. Porblems with "Slow"
And yes, i want use "slow" for streaming PUBG\H1\Fortnite and other action game )

BIOS Update? Latest Drivers installed? Run OBS as administrator? Updating OBS? Set OBS En- and Decoder to GPU?

BIOS updated. Drivers too (windows clear). OBS start as admin. New OBS not so good, to me)
Decoding from GPU - not a good idea, because qualitiy like shit, in FPS game, and i'm interesting in streamming from CPU and Slow)

Slow:

Medium:

Seems pretty clear to me that your CPU can't handle slow. Encoding lag means a CPU bottleneck. Medium works great for you though. You should stick with Medium preset.
