MSI B350 GAMING PRO
CPU RYZEN 1700
GPU GTX 750 Ti
CARTE D'AQUISITION AVERMEDIA LIVE GAMER HD 2 GC 570
RAM 2x4Go DDR4 2133 mhz
DISQUE DUR 1 TB SEAGATE
ALIMENTATION CORSAIR VS550
BOITIER COOLER MASTER CM 500 FORCE
WINDOWS 10 64 BIT
connexion Internet 100 mega up et 100 mega down

Merci d'avance

Your specs are fine for both internet connectivity, video capture card and for the PC you are using.

The problem is in your OBS settings. For starters, try this:

Output | Output Mode | Advanced
streaming:

Encoder NVENC H.264
Rate Control CBR
Bitrate YOU NEED TO TWEAK THIS
Keyframe Interval 2
Preset: High Quality

With bitrate settings, you have to set this up according to the streaming service reccomendation. For example, YouTube has a range on FPS and resolution. Best way is to use the Auto Config Wizard and run a test. Then, tweak the bitrate until it passes both streaming service and your eyes.

Thank you a lot mate ! i found my problem it's nvenc because i have the nvenc h264 for the 750ti nvidia.
The solution is to have a gpu with h265 hevc encoder (better quality and 50% less bitrate than the h264^^).
Do you know what gpu has a good h265 encoder ?
nvidia 1050 good ?

h265 is not your problem. I stream at 1080@60fps using NVENC h264 using a Nvidia GTX 1070 and Ryzen 7 1700X. I do not play games or run applications on the PC while streaming. It is a dedicated streaming PC to capture console play like PS4. If I ran games on the same box, I would not get good quality. In that case, I would suggest setting up a 2 system setup - one for gaming and the other for streaming.

Your problem is somewhere in the OBS Studio settings. My suggestion is to get a YouTube Live account and then run the Auto Config Wizard streaming to it to find out a baseline setting to start off with. Then, make minor tweaks (changes). There's no way I can make suggestions off hand. Everybody's streaming box has a lot of different factors involved to arrive at the proper bitrate.
