Question / Help Running Two OBS Applications, Webcam only works for one.

Greetings,

I am exploring streaming simultaneously on Twitch and Facebook.
I have 2 OBS Applications running at the same time, One for FB and One for Twitch.
Since I don't think you can stream on both using only one OBS Application (or can you?)

my dilemma is my webcam only works for one of the OBS Applications. it's either on the Facebook OBS OR the
TWITCH OBS (based on which I turn on first). Is there any work-around so that my webcam will work for both?
Or stream on both facebook AND twitch simultaneously on a Single OBS Application?

You can use services like restream.io or a custom rtmp server setup to simulcast to facebook and twitch at the same time.
