Question / Help Running OBS with black magic intensity pro shuttle 3.0

So I've been looking around on the forums here trying to find if anyone else has had the same issue as me, but no luck. I have everything hooked up just fine and when I run preview stream it pulls up my game screen, so there are no issues with getting the shuttle to work. It's just that the screen flickers every 15 seconds or so. I don't think it's a problem with the computer, is probably just my drivers or my settings being funky somewhere cause it ONLY happens when I try to run it through OBS. When I have the game pulled up on the black magic express software there's never any flickering.

Just to add. I go in to mess with the custom resolution and it will only show if I change it to 720 x 486 and the fps to anything lower than 39. Anything higher than that and it won't show up at all. If I unchecked custom resolution it'll obviously work but still with the flicker. All this AND the audio will cut our randomly? It works just fine and is shown as running until a few minutes in.
