Can I run the OBS software on two web sites at the same Time.

I want to run a live web cam/video stream on breakers TV and youtube live


is there any way you can set up the OBS to run both at the same time?

Yes, check resources tab under guides. there is a multi switch you can give OBS to run multiple instances.
