Running from Task Scheduler, get error

I want OBS to run whenever my PC wakes, so i create a task to do so, but whenever i run it from Task Scheduler i get the error "Failed to find locale/en-US.ini", anyone have an idea on what could be causing this?
 
The shortcut definition for your task scheduler task does not have the correct "start in" path defined.
 
I have no idea what to put in there, if i add "C:\Program Files\obs-studio\bin\" it gives me same error, the path i put in for "Program/script" is "C:\Program Files\obs-studio\bin\64bit\obs64.exe".

That works thanks. Would you have any idea on how i can run a shortcut instead? because my shortcut automatically starts replay buffer. I tried the shortcut path but nothing happens at all.

Copy/paste the shortcut's command (or whatever MS calls it) into the scheduled task.
