Run in safe mode and a lot of crashes while starting

Hello,

Recently, the "run in safe mode" option has been popping up and I am not sure why? I also have a lot of random crashes while booting up OBS. I attached the most recent one in hope that I could find help. It has really impacted my recordings for content creation. I am not as tech savvy as most which is why I am here. Any ideas on how to fix this?

I don't have a lot of plug ins, but I use these if this helps.

I don't use the second one often anymore, but the first one I use 100% of the time.

is caused by "win-capture-audio.dll" plugin. You may try to update it or uninstall completely. Today OBS has similar functionality via "Application Audio Capture (Beta)" source, so mentioned earlier plugin no longer needed.

I use obs and random crash. When i start OBS crash random instantly or when i streaming. Here is the crash log.
