Rubberbanding with Valorant

Hello everyone, I'm having this issue when streaming where the game rubberbands every 15 - 30 s or so. I have found nothing on youtube or anywhere that addresses this specific problem, so I wanted to give this a shot. I was on 5000 bitrate, lowered it to 4500 and that didn't work. Currently on v30.2.3.

The problem (not my video, also mine's not that bad) (855) rubberbanding - YouTube

Specs:

Ryzen 7 5800X 8 Core Processor

Nvidia RTX 2070 SUPER Graphics Card

Corsair 32 GB DDR4 RAM

1 TB Samsung 980 NVMe SSD Storage

I have tried running OBS in admin mode and using game capture for the game instead of screen capture, didn't help.

Thanks in advance!

Looks like there may be a bad cable or port in your network card or router. You can also try enabling TCP pacing which reduces how bursty OBS upload is.
