your CPU is a low powered i5 mobile processor with an iGPU. I would change to quicksync instead. your CPU isn't powerful enough to sustain software encoding.Hey so this is what happens when i record:

After recording with quicksync for 5 minutes, post a new logfilei already did that. Same thing happens
remove that crf command. just use the default. use VBR not CBR for local recording. set scene buffering to 700msHere you have
In fact, you typed it wrong anyway. with how slow your PC is, I wouldn't be messing with crf until you fix your issues.
Also in the video tab of OBS MP, there are two types of renderer. try OpenGL or D3D11. one will work better than the other in some games.
