Basically the title. I record Beat Saber clips for the most part and they are unusable because they get slight frame skips every 20 seconds or so. I have tried so many different fixes and have gotten nowhere including different rate controls, different bitrates, different resolutions, different b frames, enabling and disabling visual tuning and look ahead, presets, etc. I have looked for fixes and have found no one else with my problem.
RTX 3080 + 3700x, still skipping frames while recording at 1440p 60fps
