Try the Media Source or the VLC Source. Both of those support RTMP. The VLC Source has supported it from the beginning and the Media Source has supported it since version 19 (if I recall correctly).
The VLC source requires VLC to be installed on your system, with the correct bitness. 32-bit VLC for 32-bit OBS, or 64-bit VLC for 64-bit OBS. | Windows users: http://www.videolan.org/vlc/download-windows.html (32-Bit by default, 64-Bit can be downloaded by clicking the arrow next to the 'Download VLC' button) | Mac users: http://www.videolan.org/vlc/download-macosx.html
