RTMP send error Youtube

I have been having trouble with my stream dropping. When I run a speed test I get 35 mps upload. I have attached my log file. Hopefully someone can head me down the right trail.

Your logfile shows that your network connection dropped out, and was unstable before that as well.
Speed tests are not useful for livestreamers unfortunately. It measures one-time peak speed, not constant minimum speed (which livestreaming relies upon).
