Question / Help RTMP random disconnects

First, I'd like to say that I have tried my very best to solve this issue alone, and now I'm having to ask for help because I just don't know where to go next... I test streamed for 6.5-7 hrs yesterday, changing, testing, and trying to solve this, but to no avail. Really, I changed all sorts of things yesterday, so if you read the log, please keep reading because whatever I changed, I changed back when it was apparently not the fix I was looking for. (What I'm hoping for is one of you geniuses to be able to view my log and go, uh, uncheck THAT box, dummy.)

The PROBLEM: For the past few months, I am able to stream (usually) for up to 3 or 4 hours with no issues, but then my connection to RTMP is severed. It does reconnect, but will d/c and reconnect quite often afterwards. (Previously, I was using OBS classic, and did not have this issue at all, but since switching to Studio, even Classic does this.)

The D/C error most often seems to be:

17:28:51.201: WriteN, RTMP send error 10054 (353 bytes)
17:28:51.201: WriteN, RTMP send error 10054 (79 bytes)
17:28:51.201: WriteN, RTMP send error 10038 (42 bytes)

but is sometimes:

17:07:44.149: WriteN, RTMP send error 10054 (529 bytes)
17:07:44.150: WriteN, RTMP send error 10053 (79 bytes)
17:07:44.150: WriteN, RTMP send error 10038 (42 bytes)

My internet is usually not disconnected at the same time this happens (pandora keeps playing, twitch chat still continues, etc), though sometimes it does. I realize that internet connections are flexible and turbulent things, but the sheer number of disconnects is astounding (and IRRITATING), and does not usually seem to be the issue. I have ~63 down and ~4up. I've tried different Twitch influx servers, as well, but still, the issue remains. The log from yesterday was on at least 3 different influx servers (Virginia, Chicago, and Miami... maybe New York as well, I can't recall.)

I also realize my computer is not the best, but I'm not using very much CPU running OBS Studio, Stardew Valley, and 1 chrome window. Last night, I even completely uninstalled OBS classic & OBS studio and reinstalled OBS Studio, so all of my settings are now wiped. I'm just afraid to try streaming again because of this frustration.

Yesterday's log file: https://gist.github.com/a7e87c63877dd16535a40556d7dad95a

Please help, OBS-Wan-Kenobis... you're my only hope.

Even with the complete reinstall and settings wiped, it errored out after ~5 hrs today...

This doesn't happen to everyone, so it must be something on my end, but it's not my internet, and IDK what else to update or reinstall or what. Please help!

Still fighting this RTMP disconnect demon. I've tried everything relevant and a few things that aren't, but I cannot stream for more than 3-4 hours without disconnecting.

16:09:14.340: WriteN, RTMP send error 10054 (4097 bytes)
16:09:14.340: WriteN, RTMP send error 10054 (79 bytes)
16:09:14.340: WriteN, RTMP send error 10038 (42 bytes)

Please help! Respond! Anyone out there? Help!

So you get disconnected from other services as well? How were your TwitchTest results? Any problems updating your NIC drivers? What did your ISP say? Also having other things disconnect at the same time, consistently or not, is somewhat telling, since if the problem was OBS nothing else would be affected.

No, I don't get disconnected from other services 99% of the times I'm disconnected. Maybe 3 times in ALL of the disconnects has my internet gone down completely. As I said, pandora keeps playing, twitch chat doesn't disconnect, etc.

I've updated my network drivers 3 different ways, and it is currently using the driver that broadcom's website says is the current version. (v15.6.0.14, though I tried several others which were NOT THE ANSWER and TERRIBLE BAD).

My ISP says that everything is fine, and it's not THEIR problem...

And Twitch test's results are good, yet I get disconnected from any influx server I attempt to use. I just ran this one so I could post it for you, and it's much like any other tests I've done (of varying lengths).

Those TwitchTest results are pretty mediocre, ideally at least one or two servers will have a better quality value. What about other streaming services like Hitbox or Youtube? Are you disconnected the same way there?

Test with other services, test with other programs. The goal is to see if you can replicate the issue so we can narrow down the cause. My bet is on your ISP, if they didn't send anyone out to check the line then they didn't do anything worthwhile.

I will see about testing other services, but it's not my ISP. My roommate/landlord works for Charter communications and has tested our connection himself.

Still been trying to troubleshoot this OBS disconnect issue. The problem seems very similar to this previous bug: https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/twitch-stream-stop.6372/ . That log shows the same errors my logs show, and because I can stream for 4-6 hours before my stream disconnects the first time, then continuously disconnects every 10-20 minutes thereafter.

On Friday, for example: I streamed 5.7 hours before being disconnected. (Log included) Twitch inspector says "RTMP Header: map[videocodecid:avc1 videodatarate:750 audiocodecid:mp4a audiosamplesize:16 fileSize:0 framerate:30 encoder:obs-output module (libobs version 0.16.6) height:720 audiodatarate:160 audiosamplerate:44100 audiochannels:2 stereo:true duration:0 width:1280]"

I've test-streamed to Twitch with XSplit (yuck) for hours with no disconnects from the ingest server, and I've just finished a stream with OBS to Youtube for 6 hours with no disconnects. (log included)

I believe this issue may have to do with Twitch's streaming requirements not being met any longer after a long stream (IDK why this would be). Since the error indicates that Twitch is rejecting my stream from the ingest server after hours of no problems and without my changing any settings. (Twitch's streaming requirements say that a stream will be rejected from the ingest server if the requirements are not met.) My Twitch dashboard says my stream settings are "Excellent."

I'm at a loss for a solution. What was changed between versions .541b, .542b and the release after? Help?

The log from test stream to Youtube... I wasn't sure if both logs could upload at the same time:

Also, edited to add since I haven't mentioned it before: I've changed my stream key about 85 times. That is not the issue.
