Question / Help RTMP Authentication With Wowza

I first tested Wowza with Flash Media Encoder with Source Authentication turned on in wowza. It works. I tied again with OBS becasue it has more features. RTMP authentication does not work. I added the UserName= and PassWord= lines in the ini etc and it still does not work.

Without username and password in the ini i get:

PublisherAuth, needs to set pubUser & pubPasswd for Publisher auth RTMPSockBuf_Fill, remote host closed connection

With username and password in the ini i get:

Could not access the specified channel or streamkey. This could be becasue the key/channel is invalid, or because the server still thinks you are logged in.

RTMPSockBuf_Fill, remote host closed connection

I attached the log files for each scenario.

Wowza with authentication isn't supported as far as I know. I think there was a previous post I remember seeing, you might try a forum search. But it was years ago.

Where do you think I got the ini instructions from..... These forums..... I downloaded OBS Studio last night and the authentication works to a wowza server.

RTMP Authentication to a wowza server works with OBS Studio, OBS does not, even after editing the ini as found in several OBS forum threads.

Please do not reply with mythical non factual answers please.

This is the OBS Classic forum, not the OBS Studio forum. When I click the Streaming Service dropdown in OBS Classic, Wowza isn't listed.

Are you schizophrenic? It was your suggestion. I don't even know what "wowza server authentication ini editing instructions" you're talking about until you link to it.

I've ignored people for less than this, but this is kind of hilarious, so I won't. Yet. But know that your attitude isn't conducive at all to getting volunteer technical help on internet forums. If you're not getting the results you want, you have no one to blame but yourself.
