Question / Help Roxio Game Capture HD

My sister (who is too lazy to make an account and post this herself) is having trouble with her Roxio Game Capture HD. She wants to be sure it's her Roxio causing the issue and not OBS itself. She's doing an inner window capture with screen region on her Roxio Game Capture HD, however I noticed in her cast that there is some MASSIVE screen tearing and screen glitching whenever she casts. It looks like there's a sideways missingno with green, red, white, and black colors. She doesn't notice it on her screens at all, but it looks like that on my end while watching her stream. I posted her log file. She's hoping it's not her Roxio, and I warned her against buying that thing, but she never listens to me so I don't even know why I bother sometimes.

How is she capturing it? I don't see any capture methods in that particular log file, outside of a webcam and text source
 
Maybe she sent me the wrong log? I'll have her send me a new one when she tests tonight. She's doing it window capture mode though.
 
well I don't have an answer for you, but I would strongly recommend she sell's that thing and gets something much better like an Elgato :P
 
I'm gonna get an Elgato and give her my Hauppauge, I just need something that works with both Mac and PC in case my PC is out of commission and Elgato charges for their HD PVR software on Mac. In the meantime she still needs something that works.
