Question / Help Roxio Game Cap HD with no image

I am extremely new to livestreaming, ive set everything up. My webcam, the frames, and my capture card. But when i click on "video capture device" it registers that my roxio is there and lets me set up everything, but then when i click on "preview stream" i get a bunch of random colors like you would see on your tv if you something was wrong with your cable. I have looked at tutorial videos and nobody has anything on this newest build of obs. Please help me!

in the first screen shot is what shows up as my "gameplay" (by the way i am using an xbox 360) and the second image shows that it does recognize that my capture card is there

The roxio is not supported by OBS. Use OBS-mp https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/latest-windows-test-build-0-10-1.23342/
