Question / Help Rookie trying to find my settings?!

Hey; I just now downloaded OBS purely for the sake of livestreaming on Youtube and I'd like to know the exact path I need to take to get to my settings so I can add my channel. I attached a screenshot; really I just need to know how to get from Point A (what you see in the screenshot) to Point B (into my settings). Soon as I got this and can get OBS set up for this purpose, I should be good. Thanks in advance.

You can access your settings via the Settings button on the right-hand side of the window.

While this thread is a couple of days old by now, your question intrigued me. I just wanted to say there are plenty of guides if you look at the guides section.
