Previously with the Tascam unit their tech support guy said his worked fine with nothing special to do. I since returned that unit and have the exact same problem with the RodeCaster. I have reimagined my laptop with Win 11 immediately after a fresh OS was installed and I still have the problem. I have spent hours trying to figure this one out. Are any of you able to run sound pads, either device, and able to record them in OBS?

So far, I read you as, "It doesn't work," and not much else. That's not really helpful at all.
What are you doing? How are you doing it?
What does this device do anyway, and how does it do it?
Do you have a link to a manual that says how to use this device? Did you read that manual yourself?
If it sounds like it's trying to work but fails somehow, it might be useful to post a recording, and a log file from the same session that produced that recording.
