Question / Help Rocket league stream lagging

Hi all!
I have a problem with streaming Rocket league with OBS.It starts a few days ago,before that i was able to stream Rocket league with ease but now my streams are lagging like hell!
In game i don't have any problem it's just my stream on twitch...ppl telling me that they can't see almost anything cuz of lags so i replay stream and they're right...
From time to time i got High CPU usage on OBS but i don't know why those are the settings i use every single time for every game.
I even drop down my encoding sitting but it's no use.I have 4mb/s upload speed and my streams NEVER lagged it's only with Rocket league...

Hey Sheggy

try to put your x264 CPU preset to fastest or fast (in advanced settigns)
also i put my enconding profile to high

your quality will go down but you wont have any high cpu errors and probbably no lagg

What you said makes literally no sense and is completely unreasonable here.
