Rocket League fps drops/stutters, once OBS is running, bigger drops when recording gameplay.

Hey everyone,
I recently wanted to start youtube channel, so i can post videos of me playing some games, mainly Rocket League.
Everything works properly, when i dont use OBS, but when i launch obs, i get stutters in game and even bigger stutters, once i start recording gameplay.

Here is log file https://obsproject.com/logs/nwq5Z2OIz1WLsRaT and also I posted 3 screenshots:

first showing graph without obs running, i get 390fps stable, without any drops
second screen shows graph, when i have obs running, not recording or streaming
third graph shows graph, when i record my gameplay, i get stutters every few seconds

Is there any way, to get rid of the stutters? so i have fps stable same as when i'm not recording?
Or is it simply due to high framerate and high refresh rate?
Would upgrading cpu or gpu help with the stutters?

Thanks in advance.

Sounds to me that your CPU or Graphics Card is running at Maximum to achieve such high framerates, and when you start recording, the game (utilizing 100%) and OBS now need to fight for the resources. I doubt you have a monitor thats capable of showing 390fps why are you running the game with such a fps? Try reducing fps to your native refreshrate of your monitor. That should probably help.

Thank you for the answer and that's probably true, Monitor is Acer Nitro XV252QF which has 390hz, thats why i locked fps in RL to 390fps, so it matches my monitors refresh rate.
Stutters appear even if i set it up to 360 or 300 fps, but on 240 not so much, but it is not as smooth as playing on higher framerate, since i've build muscle memory on higher frame rates and playing on 240 feels a little off when i try to do some tricks/shots that require precise movements and my timings are little off compare to the framerate, that im used to play on.

I've done some more testing using afterburner, to see usage of cpu and gpu.
While sitting in game on the field not moving, obs turned off, usage of cpu is 12% and gpu 44% without any stuttering, fps sits on the set frame rate
While recording, same spot in game car not moving, cpu is at 17% and gpu 70% constant stutters
same with locking fps to 360 or 300, little lower % usage, but same stutters

I will probably settle, for locking it on 240, but im just curious, would upgrading gpu help with stutters?

I was trying different recording softwares to see, if i get stutters and fps drops.
I tried bandicam and didn't have a single stutter or drop, while on 390/360/300 fps, but you have to pay for license to remove watermark and have unlimited recording time. I'm still curious, why OBS stutters and Bandicam doesn't, i noticed, that Bandi doesn't have preview window, could it be because of that?

base resolution: 1920x1080
output resolution: 2560x1440

Why the upscaling? Try to set the base resolution to your monitor resolution. And if it still does problems, reduce your base resolution back to Full HD and also your output resolution and recording resolution. When I record or stream in 2k, even if I downscale on the output resolution, my stream and recording stutters. Maybe the issue is here.

I upload some videos on youtube and when i use output 1080p, it uploads video in avc1 codec, which is in bad quality, very pixalated, if uploaded in 1440p, video is in nice quality in vp09 codec, so thats the main reason. Still, the same thing is happening, even if i try same resolutions 1080 base and output, even if i try lower resolutions, with lower frame rates, i still get the same stutters, i honestly still don't know why that is. I tried recording while playing on 240fps, but it just feels off, due to muscle memory that i've bulit when playing on 390. I don't know, if there is a fix, i tried even setting obs to different priority, highest or idle and nothing changed. I will probably use bandicam and pay for the lifetime license, as i get 0 stutters while recording, but idk yet, if it is possible to set some overlays, which are so easy to set up in obs. I even tried overclocking cpu and gpu to see if it helps, but still nothing.
