No idea why your game will not run but you have some OBS issues The log would be more helpful with a recording or streaming session
Turn off HAGS
Might have something to do with your dual GPU setup and how you have OBS using them

I seemingly worded everything wrong. I meant that obs wont record roblox. Here's a log where I record a 1 minute clip of me playing ROBLOX.

You don't need and isn't recommended have so many game captures per scene.
In normal conditions you only need one.
Leave only one game capture per scene and test it again.
And if I recall it correctly, roblox has a new anti-cheat feature wich don't allow game capture to function. Try using window-capture instead.
