Question / Help ROBLOX LAG WHEN RECORDING

Hi! Thank you for checking out my thread.
I've been having many, many lag issues while recording with OBS. The game I am trying to record (Roblox) doesn't lag while I'm playing and recording, but when I come back to OBS and watch back my recording, it's always very laggy/choppy. I've tried changing different settings, and nothing ever seems to work for me, so any help would be appreciated GREATLY!

Skipped frames due to encoding lag, which in your case is CPU overload.

To reduce GPU lag, you can cap in-game framerate, reduce canvas resolution, reduce target framerate.

To reduce CPU lag, you can increase CPU preset for encoder to superfast or ultrafast.
