as of may 1st facebook is forcing everyone to use rmtps via port 443 stream url.
i have become reliant on the "experimental network code" and more specifically the "low letancy" option, its the only thing that ive found that in a simple way keeps me from lagging in games like pubg and csgo while streaming.
the first stream of the day to facebook often works, but if you stop/start or disconnect OBS just tries to reconnect over and over,
id imagine because its an https connection obs needs to store the ssl "things" in the event it needs to reconnect? im not really sure. i would just like for these features to work via ssl with facebooks persistent stream key
