Question / Help Ringing sound when streaming or recording

Im hearing this awful ringing when I start streaming and can’t figure out what it is. It’s not my mic and I’ve muted everything to try and find the source of the problem and can’t figure it out, pls help. Here is a clip of the sound: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/551726390

That sounds like the electronic whine I've heard on some machines with internal sound cards and not so great shielding-- you can actually hear the computer working through the sound card.

It sounds to high to be 60 cycle hum.
