Question / Help Ringing noise while recording

I get a ringing noise through my mic not desktop audio while recording. It only happens through obs as I have gotten in a discord call with myself to test the ringing noise and it is not there. I have tried noise suppression of all levels and it is still there. Any idea how to fix this?
