So hello guys! I started streaming recently after getting a new computer, I search for some guides to help get ready for streaming..
But some people sometime say my streams lags, buffering, my webcam sometimes freezes..

I have w10 btw if that needed for something..
Hammm..
So on Encondig I have all checked, quality balance at 10, max bitrate 3500 and buffer size 3500 and enconder I use x264.
On Video I have 1920x1080 on custom and Resolution Downscale for 1.50 (1280x720), filter Lanczos and FPS at 30.
On Advanced I have x264 CPU Preset at veryfast.
I can't disable Aero dunno why, maybe because of w10.. I play CS:GO so I use the game capture to play it, but have a monitor capture aswell but I unchecked that when I'm playing.
So yeah I think it's all, I appreciate any help that you can give me :)
