Right click context menu changes now ?

When i right click the main viewport, i get a long context menu like this

but sometimes i get this menu only.

Is there a way to disabled this stupid feature ?

If you click on a source that isn't locked and then right-click, the long menu will pop-up. If the long menu is open and then you lock the source, the long menu will continue to pop-up when you right-click until you left-click. I don't know if that part is intended functionality.

The long menu is for the editing the source where as the short menu is for the scene.
