Question / Help Rhythmic Stuttering without any dropped frames in OBS/Game?

Try disabling unused sources in a scene. I had a bunch of game capture sources so I wouldn't have to configure them each time I streamed, but this led to a stutter every few milliseconds.

Testing was done with 1500kbps video, 128kbps AAC audio, veryfast x264 preset, and default recommended streaming options in OBS.
