Question / Help Return of the Black Screen

PC Specs:

Intel Core i7-5500U quadcore at 2.4 GHz
8 GB RAM
Windows 8.1 Home 64-bit
Intel HD 5500 AND NVIDIA GeForce 920M
Note: This is a Laptop.

Simply put, I cannot get any output to stream from a local (on computer) video source. Audio input and output is fine, as is an online source (i.e. BrowserSource plugin). Please let me know if any further information is required to deduce the issue.

Don't use display capture.

Awesome! Just out of curiosity, do you have any idea why Game Capture and my Webcam are not registering as well? This fixes the issue of not being able to capture games, though.

Your log doesn't show you attempting to actually use game capture on a game nor does it show you attempting to use your webcam.

Intel(R) HD Graphics 5500 could render your desktop instead of NVIDIA GeForce 920M, so you can try to assign OBS Studio to Intel(R) HD Graphics 5500 card and then use 'Display Capture' source (single instance).
