Question / Help Restream another Stream to your Stream, without Sound

So, I had this little Race with a friend going on yesterday (and it's still going on).

And I've been trying to figure out how I could get his Stream image to show somewhere in my Stream.

I've gotten it to work with a window-capture, but that means it must always be on top.
I've gotten it to work with the CLR Add-on, by streaming his popout Stream URL, but that way I cannot turn of the sound. This would be perfect, so is there any way to disable sound for a CLR source?

technically its against twitch's terms of service to stream another person's stream... just fyi. I just give my viewers a multitwitch link. its not like his stream is going to be in sync with yours anyway
