Question / Help Restore UI after changing Twitch username

Hi, after spending a lot of time fine-tuning my OBS Studio layout (i.e. dock positions and widths) to be *just* how I want it, I changed my Twitch username, and OBS apparently decided that I don't want that old layout any more. Except I do. Is there any way to get it back? I still have my old profile backed up, but importing it just gives a Twitch authentication error. I've also tried going into the .ini files and copying the DockState variable to a new profile but that doesn't work either.

I asked this question on the Discord server earlier but nobody answered me and the chat moved on very quickly so I thought I'd try here. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

but the time you spend already to fix a broken system
you can set it by hand back 20 times?
i self need to to this every time i change my twitch password and the window "reset" to old need never more then 2 Minutes
we talk over 5-7 "windows" positions its not 200 where i can see this search work makes a benefit
