Restore file that didn't finish encoding?

Hello,

I was wondering if it is possible to restore a file that didn't finish encoding at all?
As this is my first time using OBS I forgot that videos needed to be encoded prior to recording and just cancelled out of the program when it had barely started.
A copy of the specific part of the log for that section is below:

12:57:03.886: ==== Recording Start =============================================== 12:57:03.886: [ffmpeg muxer: 'simple_file_output'] Writing file 'D:/Videos/Recording/2020-11-07 12-57-03.ts'... 15:23:52.283: output simple_file_output paused 15:27:30.310: output simple_file_output unpaused 15:27:30.371: [ffmpeg muxer: 'simple_file_output'] Output of file 'D:/Videos/Recording/2020-11-07 12-57-03.ts' stopped 15:27:30.371: Output 'simple_file_output': stopping 15:27:30.371: Output 'simple_file_output': Total frames output: 263375 15:27:30.371: Output 'simple_file_output': Total drawn frames: 270316 (270795 attempted) 15:27:30.371: Output 'simple_file_output': Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 479 (0.2%) 15:27:30.372: ==== Recording Stop ================================================15:27:30.372: Video stopped, number of skipped frames due to encoding lag: 258168/270794 (95.3%)

Is there any way of recovering the file to finish the encoding?
As it says above, I recorded as a .ts file as I knew .mp4 files cannot be recovered.

Thank you.
