Question / Help Restart = Reinstall

Each time I install OBS, recording system audio works fine, but after restarting, it will never record again.
So I have this problem where if I want to record, I have to reinstall OBS. Any fixes or help? Thanks.

And what if you record to flv instead of mp4?
What about if you use a different recording preset from the "use stream encoder" one?

I've tried Both, I'm going to keep the settings, but it didn't work.

One was raw, other one wasn't, it doesn't matter.

This problem is now solved, since the latest update of OBS, I'm also running it as an Administrator now.
