Welcome.
Is it possible to set different resolutions in OBS for the audience as for example in Xsplit? Unfortunately, some viewers with poor equipment have problems with watching video in 720p.

If you are talking about the option that lets your viewers choose other resolutions on the Twitch player, that requires you to have a partnership with Twitch. That kind of transcoding is done server side.

you can always stream to 2 channels and post a /popout link on the main channel's descriptions. if you really need it without partnership.
