Question / Help Resolution quirks. Cropping all sides of stream to Twitch

Here is one of my test runs: http://www.twitch.tv/mastrshadow/v/5911389
The best I was able to get it was this: http://www.twitch.tv/mastrshadow/v/5911511

So the first one is pretty much any configuration where I set the base resolution to Monitor 1. The second pick I used a custom resolution and set it to my desktop resolution and the resolution the game is running at. I wanted to downscale to 720 or 1080p because I've not had much success bandwidth wise streaming much higher than that.

Encoding: http://screencast.com/t/mXyRllSc
Video: http://screencast.com/t/RzKB5A9qsis <---Gives me the 1/4 sized video
Desktop Res: http://screencast.com/t/uCrhTYSv

I thought maybe it was Aero or my DPI settings scaling Windows UI up but killing those off did nothing.

Here is the log of my latest attempt to stream w/ no DPI settings, Windows, the game and the stream all at 3840x2160.

Not sure what other info could help.

Based on someone elses suggestion in another thread for a similar issue I right clicked on my Source > Position/Size > Reset Size. That appears to have fixed the issue and it looks like it's remembering this setting. Going to retweak my settings to get them back to where I want them. Hopefully it continues to work.
