Question / Help resolution problem

is it from the program itself or from the server i am using to stream but i cant make more the 1 option for the resolution its available only @ 720+ or ( after i changed something ) 684+ .. is there a way to make my stream have more then 1 option for resolution like 480,684,720p+ ? i must say i am new to OBS and i find it really nice :)
