Question / Help Resolution problem

Hi guys,
so recently I started streaming.And then this happens.
My monitor is at 1680x1050
My obs settings are 1680x1050
but why on twitch it looks like that?
Does it have something to do that I play on lower resolution in cs?
Should I downscale?
My graphic card is totally fine.

Twitch is optimized for 16:9 resolutions.

If you're getting black borders on all 4 sides, right-click your capture source, position/size, fit to screen.
