Bug Report Resolution Problem!!

I set my base video resolution in the obs settings to 1366x768 because its my monitor resolution, but my output file details always shows that the base resolution for the video is 1364x768, why my videos are saved in 1364x768 resolution, even if i set my resolution in the video settings in the obs to 1366x768

Please help, i cant upload my videos because of this problem :(

How it can be normal!, and the video is cropped because there are 2 pixels missing so i cant see the full video! what is the problem?

Would rendering 1364x768 video as 1366x768 in a video editing program be a bad idea? I.e. you'd lose a bit of quality due to upscaling?
