Question / Help Resolution problem

reinstall the "open broadcaster" but in the video options will not let me change the resolution of this with the custom is to default and I use the monitor to where you can place the measure you want to transmit.

I have problems with video quality when transmitting. This started with the version that was down to one of the last.

and tried everything to fix it but not sure what to do now.

The resolution thing isn't a bug - selecting a monitor just sets the custom resolution to that monitor's resolution.

As for quality, most likely you just need a bit more bitrate perhaps? 2000 might be just on the edge of quality for 720p.
