Question / Help resolution help please I think?

http://imgur.com/nbDWgSI (click links to see problem) basically i can not figure out why it is not full screen/or filling out the screen I am trying to stream starcraft 2 and my resolution is set to 1920x1080 with downscale 1280x720 and I am in windows(fullscreen)in starcraft and if you click the link, it shows that its just not filling out the screen. I am a compete noob and this just started happening today,and was working before today and I dont know what I changed to make it not fit the screen. I have tryed changing the resolution a bunch of time with not luck. if anyone could help me it would be much appreciated please and thank you

Right click SC2 source, position/size, fit to screen

Actually if SC2 itself is running at 1280x720 then you want your base resolution to be 1280x720 for a 1:1 capture and remove downscale. Fit to screen works too though I suppose.
