Question / Help Resolution for Stream Viewers

Hey Guys,
i dont find the answer so i ask you here.
I want to have the options for my Viewers to decide which resolution they want to watch my stream.
I stream in 1080p but some ppl cant watch it so i really want them to choose lower reolutions.
How can i do this with Obs.

Thats not an OBS thing, you need to get partnered with twitch to get those so called transcodes.
