Question / Help Resolution Choices

My native resolution is 1920x1080 so when I go to the video settings the next highest resolution choice is 1280x720. I can stream with 1280x720 6000kp/s buffer rate and 60 fps without dropping any frames. But when I try to stream in my native, 1920x1080 resolution I drop frames by trying a lot of different combinations but still couldn't get it to not drop frames on 1920x1080.

Specs:
Intel Core i7-3820 CPU @ 3.6GHz no overclocking
8 GB RAM
nVidia GeForce GTX 560 Ti 2GB

Not sure if anything else is relevent but any help would be greatly appreciated. Ideally if I can't stream in 1920x1080 is there anyway to stream in 1600x900. The only way I was able to get a 1600x900 option was changing the base resolution to 1600x900 which ended up cutting off some of my game while streaming (League of Legends).

Try the latest release (0.45), it should fix frame drop issues as the previous code wasn't that great

Tired that with multiple settings when the resolution was set at 1920x1080 still can't get it to the point of not dropping any frames, but at 1280x720 60fps it's fine and I know that I stream at higher settings than that, but I'm not sure if I can handle 1920x1080.

That's odd.

You can do this by clicking Edit Scene and resizing the League of Legends window (Or if using game capture, checking Stretch Image to Screen)

I'm not using game capture, and this may be drunk me talking but are you saying that I would need to resize my LoL client on my end or is there a way to just do it on the streams end? Thanks for the help thus far btw
