Resizing Scenes without aspect ratio lock

First up nice proggy keep the work up.

I have a little problem with my H727 from AverMedia. When I input 16:9 video into the capturecard it stills output 4:3 video. I fixed that issue in xsplit with unchecking the keep aspect ratio setting.

Would be nice to have some sort of option for obs.
