Reset settings

I am unable to add sources to a scene, The Sources dialogue box doesn't appear on my menu.
Yesterday I was exploring changes to Settings maybe one of the changes I made is causing this.
I could not find a way to reset Settings to the defaults. Can someone help me?

Hello.
On windows, try to go on /user/nameofyouruser/AppData/Roaming /obs-studio and remove everything in that folder. It should work !

To create new default settings, click Profile->New. A new profile always contain the default settings. It's not necessary to manually remove files in the file system.
